Meet Eric Deprey

Eric Deprey is the founder of Everline Solutions and an experienced engineering and operations leader with extensive expertise in the medical device industry. He established Everline Solutions to help medical device organizations strengthen product development, manufacturing, and operational execution while maintaining rigorous regulatory compliance and a relentless focus on patient safety and business performance.

With a career spanning engineering, operations, and R&D roles, Eric brings hands-on experience across the full medical device product lifecycle. His background includes leading Class II medical product development efforts, overseeing manufacturing and operations organizations, and guiding design and manufacturing transfers. He has worked extensively with automated endoscope reprocessing systems, filtration and membrane technologies, dialysis-related products, liquid sterilants, and other highly regulated medical device platforms.

In leadership roles equivalent to Director of Operations, Director of Operations Engineering, and R&D Product Development Manager, Eric has built and led multi-disciplinary teams responsible for production, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, planning, procurement, warehousing, and facilities. He has implemented daily management systems, S&OP processes, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve delivery performance, quality, profitability, and long-term scalability. His work has included managing operations groups, expanding engineering organizations, and aligning cross-functional teams around clear operational and strategic objectives.

Eric has also led numerous capital investment and process improvement initiatives designed to increase production capacity, improve operator safety, and ensure production continuity. He has guided cross-functional teams through feasibility studies, full new product development programs, verification and validation activities, and preparation of regulatory submissions. His contributions include delivering significant cost reductions through innovative product and process redesign, while preserving performance and regulatory compliance.
